s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge.<\/p>\n<p>Stek coppan i en torr stekpanna p\u00e5 medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme tills fettet b\u00f6rjar sm\u00e4lta och den b\u00f6rjar f\u00e5 f\u00e4rg.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg coppan \u00e5t sidan p\u00e5 en bit hush\u00e5llspapper.<\/p>\n<p>Koka upp buljongen och h\u00e5ll den varm.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s schalottenl\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k i olivolja i en vid kastrull, utan att ta f\u00e4rg.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll i avorioriset och l\u00e5t det fr\u00e4sa med l\u00f6ken i ett par minuter under st\u00e4ndig omr\u00f6rning.<\/p>\n<p>Pass upp s\u00e5 att riset inte br\u00e4nns.<\/p>\n<p>Sl\u00e5 p\u00e5 vermouthen och l\u00e5t den n\u00e4stan koka in i riset.<\/p>\n<p>Sl\u00e5 p\u00e5 en del av buljongen s\u00e5 att det precis t\u00e4cker riset.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e4nk v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t det sjuda tills det b\u00f6rjar sugas upp av riset, d\u00e5 h\u00e4ller man p\u00e5 n\u00e4sta slev av buljongen.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6r om med j\u00e4mna
